Our stay at Quest Robina was fantastic. We were especially impressed with our accommodating it was for our +1 furry friend who was joining us on our stay. The team had obviously put a lot of thought into what pets and their owners would need during their stay, and offered (included in the price of the room) a fully fenced secure court yard, toys, food/water bowls, pet-proof furniture covers, and even provided doggy bedding and treats! The accommodation was clean and tidy, had all the amenities you could possibly need, and was in a fantastic location - only a short drive to the local shops and about a 10 min drive to Surfers/ the beaches. We would definitely stay again!

Great location , staff very friendly and helpful. It was good that I got a phone call a few days before our arrival to confirm some details re the booking . Most of all , it was great that they were able to accomodate our request for early check- in which was very helpful as my daughter has a condition that makes her fatigue easily . The receptionist who checked us in was very welcoming and efficient . What a nice surprise that there was a handwritten card and some macaroons in the room to welcome us ! Room was clean. Great location as we came here to watch the Matilda’s game - the stadium was only 3 minutes walk. Train station and bus stop is only 5 minutes walk

Everything about the complex, apartment and the staff definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing each and everyone of them, the ones that stuck out the most were Andrew, Ruby, Emma, Ellie and the duty manager of an evening, no matter what we asked of them they would always deliver with a smile, professional, friendly manner, Heidi who took us to the town centre a few times and also got some extra bedding for us was lovely, we will certainly miss the apartment and the staff, each time house keeping came into our apartment, we knew they looked after our apartment with professionalism but also our 2 puppies stayed with us, they were amazing.

the beds were great. space in the apartment was ample, with tv in lounge and main bedroom. nice kitchen with coffee machine. Nice bathrooms, beautiful shower, ample space and plentiful, beautiful towels. Very helpful staff. Really helpful to have two Tesla car charging Wall connnectors there. However, they were in mobility spaces. I did get to charge when I arrived and then moved my car. Had to park in a reserved spot to reach the charger for the second night though. Successfully charged. Reasonable cost for secure undercover parking.

From entering, the Reception staff were very approachable, welcoming and friendly. All interaction we had with staff was so positive. The coffee cart was an added bonus and was very much appreciated each morning. We were blown away with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was so lovely. It had everything in it that was required. Cooking in that kitchen would have been a pleasure for some, but I am on holiday and don't plan on cooking lol. We will definetly be returning. Thank you for such a positive experience.
